Beijing Fangshi Robotics Co., Ltd., founded in September 2019, is among the first technology startups in China to achieve commercial deployment and overseas expansion of intelligent construction robots. The company addresses the critical needs of construction sites by developing a full-stack, self-developed intelligent robot system, delivering scalable "embodied AI + large model" solutions. These solutions accelerate the unmanned and intelligent transformation of construction environments, driving the industry toward an efficient, safe, and green future.
The company has assembled a cross-disciplinary, highly educated, and field-proven core team, with over 50% of the R&D team holding master’s or doctoral degrees. The core members possess over 10 years of experience in leading robotics enterprises and the construction industry. It is one of the few cross-functional teams in China that can handle the entire chain: from advanced robotics R&D, through on-site deployment, to commercial scaling.
Currently, the company has established a three-pronged revenue model covering robot sales, leasing, and services. It maintains R&D, production, sales, and service centers in Beijing, Jinan, Suzhou, Huzhou, and Foshan, giving it a strong presence across China’s key regions. It has built close partnerships with over 100 top-tier construction firms, including CSCEC and CRCC, delivering solutions to more than 500 benchmark projects with a cumulative construction area exceeding 15 million square meters. Meanwhile, it is actively expanding overseas, with regional hubs in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, India, and Europe, serving over 30 international general contractors, and exporting products to more than 10 countries and regions worldwide.
