Recently, multiple models of robots from Fangshi Technology, a Chinese construction robotics company, have been deployed in Singapore to assist in the concrete pouring phrase of an infrastructure project in Singapore. Previously, Fangshi had contributed to the interior finishing works such as spraying and grinding in apartment projects across Singapore, providing intelligent solutions that support the green transformation of the local construction industry.
Construction Robots Facilitate Greener, More Efficient Data Centers
The project features a concrete construction area of approximately 80,000 square meters. The series of robotic floor construction solutions were applied concrete pouring for critical tasks including leveling, smoothing and troweling. This application significantly improves overall construction efficiency and on-site safety, addressing challenges such as large volumes of concrete work, heavy workload, and tight schedules.
Compared to manual work, robot-assisted construction can boost efficiency by an average of 3 to 4 times, reducing labor costs by over 60%. Moreover, these battery-powered robots effectively decrease carbon emissions at construction sites, aligning with Singapore's vision of a "Garden City."
First Deployment of Mini Concrete Laser Screed Robot in Singapore
For floor slabs, the project marks the first deployment of the mini Concrete Laser Screed Robot (model: ZP-415A) for high-precision leveling. This robot enables single-pass large-area formation, minimizing subsequent leveling requirements and is suitable for high-rise and multi-story floors with slab thicknesses ranging from 5cm to 15cm and a steel reinforcement cover thickness of 30mm to 50mm. It achieves a construction area of 200-300㎡/h, working with smoothing robots and troweling robots to expedite the overall construction timeline.

Upon inspection, Fangshi's concrete floor construction series of robots ensured that the flatness deviation of the concrete floors was controlled within 5mm, earning high praise and recognition from local Singaporean clients. The successful application of this project not only solidifies the foundation for the company's future expansion in overseas markets but also highlights Fangshi's brand strength as a Chinese construction robotics company.

Fangshi Technology Will Deeply Layout the Global Market
Starting this year, the Housing & Development Board (HDB) of Singapore will progressively expand the use of robots for painting and skimming works, covering about half of all new Build-to-Order (BTO) construction sites to enhance productivity and provide better housing for Singaporeans.
Leveraging this opportunity, Fangshi will continue to strengthen its close cooperation with Singapore's construction stakeholders while exploring the development of global construction industries in the new era. By continuously optimizing and expanding its product lines, Fangshi aims to promote Chinese construction robotics products more widely in the global construction industry.
