On June 21, Mr. Tan Chee Kiat, Deputy Chief Executive of BCA, led a delegation of about 30 Singapore construction industry elites to visit Suzhou Fangshi Tech Co., Ltd. (“Fangshi Tech” for short) Huzhou Factory.

Fangshi Tech's founder & CEO, Mr. Li Siqiao, warmly received the visiting government and business leaders, including representatives from seven government agencies such as BCA, HDB, LTA, MOE, and CAG, as well as leaders of eight development and construction firms like CapitaLand Group, City Developments Limited, Woh Hup (Private) Limited, Obayashi Corporation, The Straits Construction Group Pte Ltd, and Kier Construction Limited.

At the symposium, the Singapore delegation learned about Fangshi Tech's business and robot products and exchanged views on the intelligent development of China's construction industry. The government and business leaders raised questions on product technology and application and had in - depth talks with Fangshi Tech technicians. Mr. Li Siqiao said, “We hope this visit can be a chance to contribute Chinese smart construction to Singapore's building industry and enhance China - Singapore cooperation.”

The delegation then toured the factory workshop to see the practical use of Fangshi Tech's robots, including concrete floor robots and tile - laying robots. During the tour, the delegation expressed expectations for future cooperation to boost Singapore's low - carbon construction.

At the end, Tan Chee Kiat presented a souvenir to Fangshi Tech and expressed his best wishes. All attendees took a group photo at the factory.

To date, Fangshi Tech's robot products have covered over 10 million square meters in construction area and delivered over 550 units. Some robots, such as the four - wheel laser - guided floor - leveling robot, have entered the Singapore market and contributed to projects like Singapore AMO Housing Project and Singapore Lianfeng Garden, receiving high praise from clients for their efficiency, precision, and quality.

In the future, Fangshi Tech will keep focusing on the Singapore market and speed up its global expansion.
