This project utilized a category of coating unique to the local region, belonging to a completely new material type that the equipment had never sprayed before. At the same time, the project featured special circular roofs with irregular operational surfaces, resulting in high construction difficulty and rigorous craftsmanship requirements. Facing the new coating material and irregular curved surface construction scenarios, the client's team manually controlled the robot to complete refined spraying operations. The equipment operated stably, delivering a uniform finish with an efficiency reaching more than 5 times that of traditional manual labor. In another shopping mall and apartment project conducted in cooperation with the top-tier Saudi Arabian construction enterprise, the comprehensiveness of the Spray-scraping & Sanding Integrated Robot 433D was highly impressive. Integrating multi-process functionalities including putty spraying and scraping, putty sanding, and latex paint spraying into a single system, it is suitable for construction across multiple areas such as interior ceilings, walls, bay windows, and beams. Its efficiency reaches more than 5 times that of traditional manual labor, allowing it to be widely applied in diverse scenarios such as residences, apartments, and resettlement housing.

In the floor concrete flooring construction of this project, the Four-wheel Concrete Laser Screeding Robot integrates vibrating, leveling, and compacting into a single system. Relying on advanced intelligent laser screeding algorithms and wire-controlled chassis technology, it achieves millimeter-level detection accuracy (within 2mm), with a construction area reaching 400 - 600㎡/h. It replaces 3 - 5 workers, completing concrete flooring construction operations with high quality and high efficiency.

During the initial and final setting stages of concrete, the Concrete Power Floating and Troweling Robot performs a dual-process workflow consisting of concrete ground slurry floating and troweling finishing by switching between float pan and trowel blade actuators. Under large-scale, continuous operation conditions, the robot's working efficiency can reach 400 - 600㎡/h, delivering low energy consumption and greater labor savings.
