On May 12, the 2026 "Digital & Intelligent Empowerment, Investing in the Future" Smart Construction Application Scenario Exchange Meeting was successfully held in Pukou, Nanjing. The event was located in Jiangbeixun District, a provincial-level smart construction pilot zone, focusing on the landing of smart construction technologies and scenario applications, gathering backbone enterprises in the industry to jointly explore new paths for the digital transformation of the construction industry.

Among them, the residential spray-scraping and sanding integrated robot, which intelligently integrates multiple processes such as putty spray-scraping, putty sanding, and latex paint spraying, became the core highlight of the scene. The robot adopts an upper-body system composed of a self-developed six-degree-of-freedom mechanical arm and a lifting system. Its sensor synchronization cycle error compensation leads the world, ensuring more uniform and stable construction quality while improving efficiency.

Relying on the unique advantages of its self-developed technology, the robot demonstrated the sanding process on-site. The maximum efficiency of putty sanding reached 100 ㎡/h*, which is more than 5 times the efficiency of traditional labor. It can meet the intelligent construction needs of complex indoor facades such as ceilings, walls, bay windows, and beams.

The Stone Tile Laying Robot, specially built for large-format stone construction scenarios, also shone brightly at this exchange meeting. Equipped with a self-developed lightweight heavy-payload 7-degree-of-freedom robotic arm and an omnidirectional mobile chassis, it can stably carry heavy stone tiles within 120kg, automating the entire process from precise dry mortar leveling and back-coating to precise laying.

Relying on precise force control and intelligent path planning technologies, the maximum construction efficiency of the robot per day can reach 100 square meters, saving labor costs by over 60%. It can adapt to multiple tile specifications and diverse laying solutions, and is widely applicable to large-area stone tile construction scenarios such as airports, stations, subways, hospitals, and public squares.

With mature products and intuitive intelligent operation advantages, the booth of Fangshi Robotics attracted real estate development enterprises, general contractors, industry research institutes, and domestic and foreign partners to stop by for visits, consultations, and negotiations.

Exhibitors focused heavily on the equipment's practical operation performance, landing costs, cooperation models, and project application cases. The Fangshi Robotics team conducted one-on-one technical explanations, case deconstructions, and solution Q&A, intuitively demonstrating the feasibility and practicality of the large-scale landing of construction robots.

During the exhibition, Xue Bing, Regional Sales Director of Fangshi Robotics, was invited to attend the exchange meeting and deliver a keynote presentation.
