The investment was led by Jinan Quehua Sci-Tech Venture Capital. The raised funds will be primarily used for the construction of a new production base and capacity expansion.
Following its Series A round, this financing marks another significant milestone for the Company as product commercialization accelerates to further support overseas market expansion and product delivery. Taking this financing as a new starting point, the Company will expand its production base capacity and scale up product delivery capabilities to provide stronger backing for global market expansion and project execution.
Since its establishment in 2019, Fangshi Robotics has consistently focused on the unmanned and intelligent upgrade of construction sites. The Company is dedicated to integrating robotic hardware, intelligent control, and construction scenario applications to enhance construction efficiency, operational safety, and engineering quality consistency.
Unlike highly standardized industrial production lines, construction sites feature dynamically changing spatial layouts, target objects, and working conditions. Driven by a deep understanding of construction techniques and workflows, Fangshi Robotics continuously refines its core technical framework centered on "Embodied AI + Construction Foundation Models." By building a closed loop of environment perception, task planning, and robotic execution, the Company has established a seamless business pathway spanning scenario understanding, product development, and engineering execution—laying a solid foundation for product serialization and subsequent production expansion.
Addressing the actual needs of construction work, Fangshi Robotics has built a modular product matrix covering floor leveling, wall treatment, and ceramic and stone tile laying.
