On September 30, the Housing and Construction Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality officially announced the selection results for the Shenzhen Construction Robotics Product Catalog (Batch 2). The solicitation and review process involved multi-dimensional screening across various submitted equipment. After rigorous evaluation stages—including preliminary material review, expert demonstration, and on-site operational verification—only 4 construction robotics products were successfully approved for inclusion in the catalog.

The Spray-scraping & Sanding Integrated Robot JPD433D, independently developed by Beijing Fangshi Robotics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Fangshi Robotics"), was successfully selected thanks to its industry-leading technology and proven deployment capabilities.

This selection process closely aligns with the deployment of Shenzhen's Action Plan for Accelerating the Application of Construction Robotics, with the core objective of driving the large-scale application of smart construction equipment in engineering projects.

The entry standards for the catalog are exceptionally stringent. Participating robots were required to undergo field condition tests and comprehensive evaluations by an expert panel. The review focused on assessing technological maturity, on-site operational efficiency, construction scenario adaptability, and the feasibility of large-scale project implementation—ensuring the selection of construction robots that are truly adapted to jobsites and possess significant market promotion value.

On September 11, the Housing and Construction Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, in collaboration with the Public Works Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, hosted an on-site demonstration and catalog inclusion practical evaluation for construction robotics at the Shenzhen Mangrove Wetland Museum project.

Fangshi Robotics made a prominent appearance at the on-site verification with the JPD433D, demonstrating a complete set of field operations in the intelligent wall construction exhibition area and undergoing live evaluations by the expert panel and industry guests.

Under real jobsite conditions, the robot autonomously completed environmental perception, intelligent process flows, and station planning, carrying out precise wall spray-scraping operations in an orderly manner. The entire operation was stable, and the construction quality was fully controllable, successfully verifying the robot's operational reliability in authentic engineering environments.

In accordance with the relevant deployments of the Housing and Construction Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, products included in the catalog will accelerate pilot applications across various construction projects, establishing a batch of replicable and promotable demonstration project cases.
